Annual Response Question 2023-24 Annual Progress Reflection 2024-25 Annual Progress Reflection

As you review your progress markers/overall reflection responses and reflect on plan implementation, how do you see your progress contributing to the Outcomes and Strategies in your plan and your Longitudinal Performance Growth Targets (LPGT)/Local Optional Metrics (LOM)?

Discuss at least one Outcome where you have seen progress in implementation.

One Outcome that we see progress is our Reading. Using our Reading Mastery program has definitely shown growth. We are seeing students grow anywhere from half a year to a full year in reading.

Our Reading Mastery program has definitely contributed to our Outcomes and Stratefies and our performance growth targets. We have seen that the majority of students in our Reading Mastery program have shown growth.

Where have you experienced barriers, challenges, or impediments to progress toward your Outcomes and Strategies in your plan that you could use support with?

Discuss at least one Outcome where you have seen challenges or barriers to implementation.

One outcome that we see a challenge with is again, data teams. We are a small school. We have a better chance of using a round table version. When there is only 7 classrooms, it is hard to set up multiple data teams.

I am sticking with the challenge of data teams. We really struggle with getting enough teachers on our data teams without using all of them on all of our teams and causing burnout.

2024-25 Only: Review actual metric rates compared to previously created LPGT and LOM and share reflection on progress. Describe how activities are supporting progress towards targets and if any shifts in strategy implementation are planned for the future based upon that current progress. Include specific metrics and target types in your reflection.

The attendance is our main goal. Our attendance has been going down every year.
2021-22 82.7%
2022-23 79.5%
2023-24 74.8%
Our goal has been to bring it up this year. We are working on strategies and implementing these strategies. There are no shifts planned in strategies as of now. We are hoping to reach the 80% for the 2024-25 school year but with the sickness level we are not sure that will happen.

We are working very hard on raising the attendance percentage. We did go from 74.8% in the 2023-24 school year to 76.9% for the 2024-25 school year. We are on an uphill climb!
